What is your cancellation policy?

CANCELLATIONS: Our policy will remain in effect regardless of COVID-19. Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 7 days before arrival day. Cancellations within the 7-day cancellation policy are subject to a one night’s penalty. Cancellations on the day of arrival are charged at full amount. No refunds. Please be aware that anyone attempting to modify his or her reservation by making it shorter or by moving it to another date within the 7-day cancellation period will be considered a cancellation. For cancellation and change purposes, check-in/arrival date is considered to be 12:01am Eastern Standard Time of the day on which you are scheduled to check in to your hotel.

What is your no show policy?

No Shows are charged at full amount. No refunds. Rooms will be held until noon of the day after arrival date unless guest directly communicates his/her wishes for a later check-in date. Room nights not consumed are non-refundable.

What is your early check out/change policy?

Early check outs are charged at full amount. No refunds. In case of true emergency no penalty will be assessed by the hotel. (Proof required) Any change made within the 7 day cancellation period is subject to a one night’s penalty. Any change made on the day of arrival or during the stay, the full length of stay will be charged. No refunds.

What is your airline delay/cancellation policy?

No refund will be issued for unused night(s). Please consider travel insurance.

What is your rollaway bed/upgrade fee?

Since quantities are limited and impossible to guarantee, if a request is possible to fulfill the extra charges are: Rollaway bed is $30/night. Room upgrade is $50/night.

What is your check in and check out time?

Official check-in time is anywhere after 3:00 PM, check out time is 12:00 PM.

Can I check in early?

You may be able to check-in, all depends upon availability of your room.

Can I leave my luggage?

Yes, there is no charge for leaving your luggage with us.

Does every room has it's own private bathroom?

Yes, every room has it's own private bathroom.

Is parking available?

Parking is available at our partner, Impark, situated at 211 West 56th Street, NY, NY 10019. The standard charge for parking is $40.00 for up to 24 hours, with an additional fee for Van/SUV and oversized vehicles. For your convenience, you can reach Impark at 212-245-2490

Do you have Restaurant Room Service?

Room service is available between the hours of 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM.

Are there safes in the rooms?

Yes, each room is equipped with a safety deposit box.

Are the rooms air conditioned?

All rooms are air conditioned during the air conditioning season.

Do you have wireless internet and where is it accessible?

We have Wi-Fi throughout the building.

How can I get to the Da Vinci Hotel from the airport?

Can I check in early? Can I check out late?

For early check-in, you may be able to check-in, depending on the availability of your room. The latest checkout we can offer is 1:00 pm. Please note that a fee may apply: $35 for early check-in and $45 for late checkouts, plus tax.
